How do I send large DICOM files?+
Submit the case form first to get a reference, then send the files via WhatsApp (0912 280 5180) or paste a WeTransfer / Google Drive link into the form.
What CT settings do I need?+
Slice thickness of 1.5 mm or less (0.6–1.0 mm ideal), bone or sharp kernel reconstruction, full coverage including healthy margins.
When exactly do I get the price?+
Within one working day of receiving valid data — together with the design preview.
Do I pay before seeing the design?+
No. Data checking and segmentation are free. You only proceed after approving the quoted price.
What if the design needs changes?+
Two rounds of revision are included in every quotation. Manufacturing begins only after your written approval.
Is patient data kept confidential?+
Yes. Data is processed under ISO 13485:2016 procedures solely for your case and never shared with third parties.
